摘要
目的实施绩效考核,充分调动医务人员工作的积极性,提高医疗服务质量。方法 2010年1月-12月采用360度绩效考核法及关键业绩指标法实施绩效考核,在此过程中,贯穿培训,转变干部职工绩效考核的观念,提高其认识。结果实施绩效考核后,医院入院人数同期增长17.42%,手术同期增长25.72%,病历缺陷比同期降低5.64%,医疗纠纷比同期下降12%;药品比例同期下降5.28%,患者负担减轻;患者投诉下降,满意度提高至95%以上,促进了教学科研的发展,各项工作任务得到更好贯彻执行。结论绩效考核有助于医院战略目标和工作计划的实现;有助于责任分摊、科学管理及提高工作效率;但顺利实施绩效考核,转变观念,提高干部职工的认识是前提条件。
Objective To arouse the enthusiasm of hospital workers by implementing performance evaluation, so as to improve the medical service quality. Methods The methods of 360-degree performance assessment and Key Performance Indicator were conducted from January 1 to December 31 in 2010. During the process, corresponding knowledge training was also carried out to change the concept of cadres and workers to performance evaluation and improve their understanding of it. Results After implementing the performance evaluation, the number of admission and surgery increased by 17.42% and 25.72% compared with last year; The number of defects in medical records decreased by 5.64% and medical disputes decreased by 12% compared with last year. Drug proportion dropped by 5.28% compared with that in the same period of last year; Burden of disease fell and the patient complaints dropped. The percentage of patients' satisfaction was above 95%, which pushed the development of teaching and scientific research and the implementation of all kinds of tasks. Conclusion Performance evaluation helps to achieve the hospital strategic target, to realize the work plan, to share the responsibility, to implement scientific management, and to improve the work efficiency. However, a successful smooth implementation of performance assessment, changing of ideas, and improving the understanding in the staff are the prerequisite.
