摘要
目的 研究长期吸烟对脑电活动的影响。方法 对 2 86例长期吸烟者进行脑电图及脑电地形图检查 ,按吸烟指数分轻、中、重三个组 ,研究吸烟对脑电活动的变化。结果 轻度吸烟组脑电图和脑电地形图无明显变化。中、重度吸烟组脑电活动有明显异常改变 ,表现为α节律明显变慢 ,θ指数增高 ,θ频带在中央、顶、枕区能量值增高。
Objective To probe into the influence oflong term smoking on electroencebral activity. Methods 286 cases of long term smoker were examined by electroencephalogram (EEG) and brain electrical activity mapping (BEAM). The cases were subdivided into lightness. middle and severe three smoking groups according to smoking index. The changes of long term smoking on electroencebral activity were studied. Results The results showed there are no clear changes of EEG and BEAM in lightness smoking groups. Electoencebral activity had obvious abnormal changes in middle and severe smoking groups. for example α rhythm obvious slow down, θ index heighten,. θ trequency scope in the middle, energy values of vertexoccipital reigion heighten. Conclusion There are clear influence ong term smoking on eletroencebral activity.
