脓毒症患者危重程度与血清IL-6的相关性分析 被引量：6

摘要 脓毒症是危重患者主要的死因之一，发病及致死机制复杂，病情进展迅速，病死率高。研究显示IL-6是反映脓毒症危重程度的一个潜在标志物。本研究对29例脓毒症患者的IL-6水平和危重评分进行了相关性分析，评估IL-6是否可以作为反映脓毒症病情严重程度的指标。
