摘要
目的 研究威海矿泉浴对冠心病等心血管疾病病人的作用机理。方法 水温 39℃浸浴时间 1 0分钟 ,被测试的病人一律在浴前测心电图、血压、微循环、脉搏 ,出池 1 5分钟内测心电图、血压、微循环、脉搏。结果 浴前心电图异常者 70例 ,浴后改善者 2 2例 ,占 31 .4 % ,无变化者 4 6例 ,占 65.7% ,恶化者 2例 ,占 2 .9% ;高血压病人 75%的在浸浴后 ,血压下降 1kPa以上 ;微循环测试 1 0 0 %改善。结论 矿泉浴改善微循环 ,减少外周阻力 ,降低血压 。
Objective Study the mechanism of artion in treating coronary heart disease(CHD) as well as angiocardiopathy by means of mineral water bath of weihai. Methods The temperaturd of water hath is fixed at 39℃ and the soaking periods of time is kept for 10 minutes.Examine etectrocardiogram,microcirculation and take blood pressure,pulse of all the patients tested before and within 15 minutes after water bath separately. Results It shows that 70 cases with a improving ECG(31.4%),46 cases without any changes of ECG(65.7%)and 2cases with a worsened ECG(2.9%)after water bath are confirmed.The patients whose blood pressur reduce more than 1 kpa after water bath constitute 75 percent of the cases suffered from hyperthension.The microcirculation improves a hundred percent after water bath. Conclusion Mineral water bath can improves microcirculation,and reduce peripheral resistance and blood pressure.The treatment of CHD is an effect of complex action.
