摘要
分别对海南省城镇建设用地需求、旅游用地需求、新型工业用地需求和基础设施用地需求进行分析,预测出与2008年相比,2015年海南省的用地新增量;分区域分析了海南省土地利用主要存在的问题,并制定出区域土地利用调控方向,为海南国际旅游岛建设提供科学的指导依据。
The demand for urban construction land,tour land,new industrial land and infrastructure land in Hainan Province were analyzed respectively.The incremental land of Hainan Province in 2015,compared with 2008 was predicted.The area major problems of land utilization were analyzed,the regulation direction of land utilization was set.The study will provide a guidance for the construction of international tourism island.
