Maduro茄衣烟叶是一种需要特殊的发酵工艺流程得到的一种棕褐色烟叶,从Maduro烟叶的特点出发,对烟叶品种和部位的选择以及发酵工艺流程进行了详细的描述,提出该研究方法的重要性和必要性,为雪茄烟叶发酵技术的进一步研究提供参考。
Maduro cigar wrapper is a dark brown tobacco leaf with special fermentation technological process.Based on the characteristics of Maduro wrapper,the selection of varieties,position of tobacco and fermentation technological process was introduced.Moreover,the importance and necessity were analyzed in order to provide a reference for the research on fermentation technology of cigar tobacco leaf.
