摘要
目的 探讨肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)和白介素 2 (IL 2 )在格林 巴利综合征 (GBS)发病机制中的作用。方法 应用ELISA双抗体夹心法 ,检测 31例GBS患者血浆TNF α和IL 2浓度。结果 31例GBS患者TNF α和IL 2浓度明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,且与临床分级显著相关 (P <0 .0 5)。 16例接受糖皮质激素治疗 ,病情好转的恢复期患者TNF α和IL 2浓度相应下降至正常或接近正常。结论 本组结果提示 ,TNF α和IL 2可能直接和间接参与周围神经脱髓鞘的病理损害 ,在GBS的发病机制中起着重要用。
Objective To evaluate the plasma tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF α) and interleukin 2(IL 2)in patients with Guillain Barre syndrome (GBS),and analysize the value in functional disability five grade scale and differential phase of disease. Methods The concentration of plasma TNF α and IL 2 in 31 patients with GBS were detected by two antibody sandwich method of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results The concentration of TNF α and IL 2 were raised in GBS group than control group ( P <0.001). The concentration correlated with disease severity and decreased or returned to normal in patients with clinical recovery. Conclusion These finding suggest a putative role of TNF α and IL 2 in the pathogenesis of peripheral nerve demeylination in GBS.
