摘要
大学治理结构是现代大学制度的基石,其实质是建构能够应对"冲突和多元利益"需要的决策权结构。从治理理论作为高等教育分析范式的适切性分析入手,在剖析我国大学现行管理模式的失范表征的基础上,对我国大学治理结构进行建构。
University governance＇s structure is the corner-stone of modern university system.The essence of the corner-stone is to establish the power structure which is able to respond to the need of ＂conflict and varied interests＂.Beginning with the governance theory and on the basis of analyzing the non-standard phenomena of the present university governance mode of China,this paper intends to establish the university governance structure.
