摘要
目的:探讨教育与治疗综合性护理干预模式对颜面器官畸形患儿父母心理危机的作用。方法:选择60例颜面器官畸形患儿的父母为研究对象,应用随机数字表将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各30对;观察组采取教育与治疗综合性护理干预模式进行护理干预,对照组采取传统心理健康教育模式进行护理干预;干预前后采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行心理危机状况评估并作组间比较。结果:干预后两组对象抑郁和焦虑程度均得到改善,但观察组比对照组更为明显,其差异有高度统计学意义,P<0.01。结论:教育与治疗综合性护理干预模式可以较传统心理健康教育模式更为有效地化解颜面器官畸形患儿父母的心理危机。
Objective To investigate the Explore the role of education and treatment comprehensive care intervention model of facial organ malformation parents of children with psychological crisis. Methods 60 pairs of parents were randomly divided into observation group and control group.To take a comprehensive education and treatment of nursing intervention model and traditional mental health education model for nursing intervention respectively. Results The nursing intervention on depression and anxiety levels of the two groups of objects are improved, but the observation is more obvious than the control group,the differences were highly statistically significant. Conclusion Comprehensive care to the application of educational and treatment intervention model can effectively resolve the facial organ malformation parents of children with psychological crisis.
