RFCA治疗局灶性右心房房速的临床疗效分析

摘要 目的:了解射频导管消融术(RFCA)治疗局灶性右心房房性心动过速(房速)的效果以及安全性。方法:对32例右心房房速患者行RFCA治疗,采用房速发作时激动顺序标测法以明确心房最早激动点。结果:房速消融成功率为81.3%,术中和术后无并发症,术后随访(2.2±1.6)年,1例复发。结论:RFCA治疗局灶性右心房房速成功率高,并发症少,复发率低。
