Survivin与皮肤肿瘤

摘要 Survivin属凋亡抑制蛋白家族，具有抑制细胞凋亡和参与细胞周期调控的功能，不表达于正常皮肤而选择性地表达于多种皮肤肿瘤组织。笔者将Survivin结构、抑制凋亡的机制、在细胞分裂中的作用以及与皮肤肿瘤的关系综述如下。
