摘要
目的:调查舒适护理干预对门诊手术患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法:选择98例门诊手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理模式,而观察组在常规护理基础上实施舒适护理干预,分别观察两组患者的术前焦虑状况、术中血压、心率监测情况和术中疼痛分级情况。结果:观察组患者术前焦虑评分及术中疼痛程度降低,术中血压、心率平稳,与对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<O.O1)。结论:舒适护理干预能明显改善患者的术前焦虑状态,减轻疼痛,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing intervention on Anxieties of patients receiving outpatient operation. Methods 98 cases patients receiving outpatient operation were randomly divided into two groups,the control group（n=49） with conventional nursing model and experiment group（n=49） with comfortable nursing intervention based on essential nursing.Two groups as preoperative anxiety scores,blood pressure,heart rate and pain severity during the operation during operation were observed. Results The anxiety scores of interfering group were lower （P〈0.05）,systematic pressure,heart rate,and lower pain severity of interfering group than that control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention can improve the patients pre-operation anxieties emotion obviously, reduce pain severity and enhance the per cent of nursing satisfactory.
