摘要
目的:探讨治疗老年难治性鼻出血的临床方法和效果。方法:选取老年鼻出血患者69例,随机分为观察组35例和对照组34例,观察组在鼻内窥镜下结合高分止血纱布止血治疗,对照组用传统的鼻腔填塞加药物治疗。结果:观察组中显效29例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率94.2%;对照组中显效21例,有效4例,无效9例,总有效率73.5%。观察组有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内窥镜结合高分子止血纱布治疗老年难治性鼻出血的临床疗效显著,治愈率高,安全可靠。
Abstract： Objective To explore the methods and efficacy of the treatment of the elderly nose bleeding. Methods A total of 69 elderly with edema were randomly divided into control groups （34）and experimental groups （35）.The control group kept conventional treatment of nasal paking with drug therapy,while the experimental group was treated with radiofrequence under endoscope with absorbable hemostatic gauze. Results The effective rate was 91.4% in treatment group and 73.5%.There were statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion This method is effective and safen for epistexis occurring among senile patients and enhanced the noseblend treatment effect and the quality.
