联合用药治疗Kaposi水痘样疹疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨采用单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合人免疫球蛋白治疗Kaposi水痘样疹的临床疗效。方法:选择Kaposi水痘样疹患儿54例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗(5mg/kg),治疗组采用单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合人免疫球蛋白治疗。治疗前及经治疗后分别检查两组患儿的恢复情况、不良反应、血常规及C-反应蛋白。结果:观察组治疗后体温恢复正常时间、新发皮疹控制时间、水泡结痂时间较对照组均有显著性缩短(P<0.05),两组治疗后白细胞计数较治疗前有显著下降,但仍在正常范围内,观察组治疗后WBC计数较对照组有显著性升高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无差异(P>0.05),对照组平均用药时间12.4天,观察组平均用药8.7天,观察组较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论:联合使用人免疫球蛋白可减少单磷酸阿糖腺苷用药时间及自然病程,疗效佳且耐受性好。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy after use of Ara-adenosine combined human immunoglobulin for treatment of Kaposi varicelliform eruption. Methods 54 cases of Kaposi varicelliform eruption children were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group accepted the single Ara-AMP treatment (5mg/kg), treatment group accepted the single-Ara-AMP and human immunoglobulin treatment. Before treatment and after treatment the recovery of the two groups of children were examined, adverse reactions, blood and C-reactive protein were also detected. After treatment, body temperature of observation group returned to normal time, new rash control time, the blisters scab were significantly shorter than the control group(P〈0.05). White blood cell count of the two groups after treatment decreased significantly than that before treatment, but still within the normal range, the WBC count of the observation group after treatment increased significantly than the control group (P〈0.05). Two sets of adverse reactions had no difference (P〉0.05), the average treatment time of control group was 12.4 days, it was average 8.7 days in the observation group, significantly shorter than in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions The combined use of human immunoglobulin can reduce the Ara AMP medication time and the natural course by improving clinical outcome and well-toleratation.
