无托槽隐形矫治技术的临床应用与研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的:探讨无托槽隐形矫治技术临床应用适应症和操作特点。方法:选择无托槽隐形矫治适应症病例36例,按照要求收集病例资料,初步确认矫治方案,确认计算机模拟方案,加工系列隐形矫治器,定期复诊并进行必要的临床处理。结果:所有患者均达到预期疗效,治疗后牙列排列整齐,覆覆盖明显改善,咬合关系稳定。平均矫治疗程为15.6个月,最短12个月,最长22个月。结论:无托槽隐形矫治器具有美观、舒适的突出特点,为成人矫治提供了一个新的选择,但须把握好适应症。
