保乳术治疗乳腺癌的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的:观察保乳手术治疗乳腺癌的近期疗效,为乳腺癌的治疗提供参考。方法:选取我院2005年8月至2009年12月乳腺癌患者29例,采用肿瘤扩大切除加前哨淋巴结清扫术,并给予术后放化疗等综合治疗,观察患者局部及全身恢复情况、生存期、复发转移情况、美容效果。结果:经治疗的29例患者,全部生存,26例经综合治疗的患者无局部复发,美容效果良好。2例未综合治疗患者2年内复发,1例保乳失败。结论:早期乳腺癌保乳手术联合术后放化疗,临床效果满意,美容效果良好,值得临床推广。
