摘要
目的:探讨皮下间断反缝法在颌面部手术切口缝合中的应用。方法:采用皮下间断反缝联合创口胶粘合皮肤方法和传统缝合方法对口腔颌面部手术切口进行缝合,对切口愈合情况、瘢痕增生及针眼硬结进行观察和分析。结果:采用皮下间断反缝联合创口胶粘合皮肤组在术后瘢痕及针眼硬结的发生病例数显著低于传统缝合法组(P<0.01)。结论:皮下间断反缝联合创口胶缝合法应用于颌面部手术可明显减轻切口瘢痕的形成,有利于颌面部美观。
Objective To discuss the adventages of intermittent subcutaneous anti-suture in cases of maxillofacial surgical. Methods Patients in maxillofacial surgery were applied different surgical methods. The conditions of wound healing, scar sizes were compared between the group of intermittent subcutaneous anti-suture and traditional suture group. Results The research date showed there were good wound healing, small scar in intermittent subcutaneous anti-suture group. Conclusion The application of intermittent subcutaneous anti-suture in maxillofacial incision can ligeten formation of scar obviously.
