摘要
目的 观察尼莫通对三叉神经刺激后血浆神经肽变化的影响。方法 30只 SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、刺激组及尼莫通组。采用放射免疫法测定各组血浆中 P物质 (SP)、血管活性肠肽 (VIP)、神经肽 Y(NPY)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)、β-内啡肽 (β- EP)、强啡肽 A(Dyn A)与亮啡肽 (L EK)含量。结果 与假手术组比较 ,刺激组 NPY、CGRP、SP与 VIP升高 ;与刺激组比较 ,尼莫通组 SP、NPY降低 ,β- EP升高。结论 三叉神经受刺激后 ,引起血管舒缩的神经肽大量释放 ,尼莫通可部分地抑制这种释放 ,并可导致镇痛物质β- EP的升高。
Objective To observe the effects of nimotop on plasma neuropeptides in rats after trigeminal stimulation.Methods 30 SD rats were divided into pseudo operation group, trigeminal stimulation group and nimotop treatment group.The plasma levels of substance P(SP), vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),neuropeptide Y (NPY),calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP),β endorphin (β EP),dynorphin A (DynA) and leu enkephalin (LEK) in each group were determined with radioimmunoassay method.Results Compared with pseudo operation group,the levels of NPY,CGRP,SP and VIP in trigeminal stimulation group were significantly increased;compared with trigeminal stimulation group, the levels of SP and NPY in nimotop treatment group were significantly decreased while the level of β EP increased.Conclusion There was plenty of neuropeptide release of vasomotion after trigeminal stimulation. Administration of nimotop might antagonize the change, and raised the plasma level of β EP.
