摘要
目的 :探讨苯妥英钠治疗精神分裂症幻听的疗效。 方法 :对存在各类幻听的 60例精神分裂症病人 ,在常规抗精神病药物治疗的基础上 ,加用苯妥英钠 ,并以单用常规抗精神病药物 60例作为对照 ,进行 8周治疗观察 ,以简明精神病评定量表 ( BPRS)进行评定。 结果 :加用苯妥英钠者的疗效显著较好。 结论
Objective:To investigate the clinical response of sodium phenytoin (sp) to treat the auditory hallucinations in schizophrenic patients. Method:Sixty schizophrenic patients were treated with sp for 8 weeks on the basis of using routine antipsychotic drugs.Drief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS) was used to assess these patients. Results:The clinical response to auditory hallucinations was more effective in the schizophrenic patients with sp than the patients only with routine antipsychotic drugs. Conclusion:It is suggested that sp is effective to treat the auditory hallucination of schizophrenia.
