摘要
目的探讨下肢骨折行骨牵引患者的有效护理方案。方法将本院2008年3月～2012年6月收治的78例下肢骨折患者行骨牵引的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 78例患者经过常规治疗及细心的护理,所有患者都获得了很不错的疗效,痊愈出院。结论对下肢骨折并行骨牵引的患者进行细心、得当的护理,能很好地预防并发症,缩短病程,减轻患者的痛苦,收到较好的效果。
Objective To explore the effective nursing program for patients of lower limb fracture treated by bone traction.Methods Seventy-eight cases suffered from lower limb fracture by bone traction were retrospectively analyzed.Results Seventy-eight cases accepted routine treatment and attentive care,all of them got well.Conclusion Patients suffered from lower limb fracture and treated by bone traction can be prevented from complications and relieved of pains by proper and attentive care.
