摘要
目的通过对186例心力衰竭患者的护理干预,从用药、病情观察、日常生活管理等方面总结出护理干预的重要性。方法回顾临床资料,观察其护理特点。结果通过对186例心力衰竭患者选择规范的治疗和采取合理的护理干预,有16例患者死于肺部感染、严重心律失常等并发症,其余患者心功能明显改善出院。结论对心力衰竭患者做到早诊断、早治疗,同时采取合理的护理干预,可大大改善预后,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To summe up the importance of nursing interventions by the interventions of 186 cases of heart failure patients,from medication,the observation condition,the management of daily life.Methods The clinical data were reviewed,and the care characteristics were observed.Results Sixteen patients died of lung infection,severe arrhythmia and other complications,the remaining patients with heart function was improved and discharged,by choosing the standard treatment and taking the reasonable care intervention of 186 cases of heart failure patients.Conclusion Early diagnosis and early treatment,and taking reasonable care intervention for patients with heart failure can greatly improve the prognosis,and improve the quality life of patients.
