摘要
目的对腹部术后粘连性肠梗阻进行观察及进行有效的护理,减少患者的并发症。方法对2010年3月～2011年5月在本院收治的80例粘连性肠梗阻患者的资料进行分析探讨。结果全部患者经过有效的手术治疗以及精心的护理,病情均稳定,并好转出院,无严重的并发症现象。其中,治愈46例,好转27例,无效3例,复发4例,无效率为3.75%,复发率为5.00%,总有效率为91.25%。结论加强对腹部术后患者的病情进行观察护理,采取心理护理,加强对患者的术后病情的护理及观察,可有效地预防术后出现并发症现象,帮助患者尽早地恢复健康。
Objective To observe the abdominal postoperative adhesion ileus and effective care,reduce patient complications of abdominal postoperative adhesion ileus.Methods The data of 80 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction patients in March 2010 to May 2011 in our hospital were analyzed.Results After effective surgical treatment and careful nursing,the conditions of all patients were improved and discharged,had no serious complications phenomenon.Among 80 cases,46 cases were cured,27 cases were improved,3 cases were invalid,4 cases were recurrent,the invalid rate was 3.75%,the recurrence rate was 5.00%,the total effective rate was 91.25%.Conclusion The observation care patient＇s condition after abdominal surgery should be strengthened to take the psychological care,should strengthen the care and observation of patients with the disease after the effective prevention of postoperative complications phenomenon,to help patients as soon as possible back to health.
