摘要
蛛网膜囊肿为颅内非肿瘤性液体积聚所致,囊肿扩大的机制目前还未十分肯定。针对蛛网膜囊肿的手术选择也有着很大的争议。本研究从颅内蛛网膜囊肿外科治疗手段的出发,从安全性和有效性上进行探讨,旨在为寻求蛛网膜囊肿患者最佳的治疗方式提供依据。
Arachnoid cyst is caused by non-tumor fluid accumulation of intracranial,and expanding mechanism of cyst is still not very sure.The choice of operation for arachnoid cyst also has the very big dispute.This study discusses the safety and effectiveness from surgical treatments of intracranial arachnoid cyst,so as to provide basis on seeking the best treatment of arachnoid cyst.
