摘要
目的 探讨脊髓神经鞘瘤的诊断及治疗方法。方法 对 12例脊髓神经鞘瘤患者进行脊髓造影或MRI检查。 10例患者肿瘤全部切除 ,1例次全切除 ,1例部分切除。其中 5例患者采用显微外科手术治疗。结果 肿瘤全部切除者术后神经功能均有明显恢复 ,次全切除 1例有好转 ,部分切除1例复发。结论 脊髓神经鞘瘤行手术全部切除是可行的。
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of the neurilemmoma of spinal cord.Methods 12 patients with the disease were examined by myelography or magnetic resonance imaging. Tumors were totally resected in 10 cases, subtotally resected in 1 case and partially resected in 1 cases. among whom 5 patients were treated by microsurgery. Results The nerve functions recovered remarkably after tumor removal,1 patients nerve function took a favorable turn after tumor was subtotally resected and 1 patients tumor recurred after tumor was partially resected. Conclusion Neurilemmoma of the spinal cord is amenable to total tumor removal. Proficient surgical technique and total tumor resection are essential for good results.
