摘要
目的 探讨粉碎性Pilon骨折的关节处理方法。方法 采用多根克氏针为主对 17例Ⅱ～Ⅲ型Pilon骨折行内固定。结果 随访 16例 ,时间 9个月～ 7年 ,优 4例 ,良 6例 ,中 4例 ,差 2例。结论 重建胫距关节是治疗关键 。
Objective To investigate joint management of comminuted Pilon fracture. Methods Multiple Kirschiners pins were fixed internally as main medium in 17 cases of type Ⅱ～Ⅲ Pilon fracture. Results 16 cases were followed up from 9 months to 7 years.Excellent,good,moderate and poor results were obtained in 4,6,4 and 2 patients. Conclusion Reconstruction of the tibia and talus joints is the key,and gradual piece by piece putting together of the Kirschners pins can provide satisfactory curative effects.
