摘要
目的 分析 15例上肢 2个或多个部位神经卡压的诊断与治疗。方法 检查受卡压神经所支配的肌肉、感觉区域、压痛、放射痛 ,肌电图仅作参考。诊断明确后均行神经松解术。结果 15例患者术后 3周肌力恢复到 4级 ,感觉逐渐好转 ;3个月后完全恢复 ,无一例复发。结论 诊断正确。
Objective To analyse the diagnosis and treatment of double or multiple nerve crush of the upper extremity in 15 cases. Methods Every piece of muscle, and sensitive zone,tenderness and radiate pain were examined, which innervated entrapment nerve, and EMG was referred only. Results 3 weeks after operation, 15 cases recovered muscular strength to 4 degrees, and sensation became better gradually. These cases recovered completely after 3 months. None of them recurred. Conclusion Satisfied results can be obtained if the diagnosis is correct and neurolysis is made completely.
