铝酸钡与氢氧化钡脱硫过程比较 被引量:2

Comparison of Barium Aluminate and Barium Hydroxide Desulfurization Process

摘要 用铝酸钡和氢氧化钡对种分母液进行脱硫试验,对脱硫渣进行XRD分析,并比较脱硫过程。结果表明,氢氧化钡的脱硫效果更好,脱硫完成时间更短,速率更快;铝酸钡先与碱液反应生成2BaO.Al2O3.5H2O,再与硫碱和碳碱反应,而氢氧化钡直接与硫碱和碳碱反应,脱硫过程均可用未反应核模型描述。 The seed precipitation liquor was desulfurized with barium aluminate and barium hydroxide re-spectively. The desulfurization slag was characterized by XRD analysis, and the desulfurization process was compared. The results show that barium hydroxide exceeds barium aluminate with better desulfuriza-tion in terms of effect, speed and duration. In the desulfurization process with barium aluminate, 2BaO·A12O3 5H2O is firstly produced in the reaction of barium aluminate with alkali, and then it reacts with sodium sulfate and sodium carbonate. To compare, Ba(OH)2 · 8H2O directly reacts with sodium sulfate and sodium carbonate in the desulfurization process with barium hydroxide. Both of desulfurization reac-tion processes can be described with "shrinking core model".
