摘要
对经硫酸法硬质阳极氧化处理的 ZL- 10 1铸铝 ,采用磁控溅射法镀覆石墨镀层 ,将石墨微粒填充到多孔性氧化膜内以达到减摩作用。用扫描电镜 (SEM)、电探波谱 (WDS)和 X射线光电子能谱 (XPS)技术 ,对膜层形貌和石墨在膜层内的分布状态作了分析 ;用 PMJ- 型平面磨耗试验机和 MM- 2 0 0磨损试验机对膜层耐磨性进行了测定。结果表明 ,石墨离子可渗入到膜的内层 ,镀层结合牢固 ,表观光滑 。
A graphite coating was applied to anodic oxidized cast aluminium alloy by magnetron sputtering. Morphology of the coating and distribution of graphite in the coating were examined by means of SEM, WDS and XPS. Wear performance of the anodic oxidized Al alloy with and without the graphite coating was compared. It is shown that graphite coating greatly increased wear resistance of the anodic oxidized Al alloy.
