3项联合检测在细菌性阴道病治疗效果评价中的研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的通过联合检测过氧化氢、唾液酸苷酶和白细胞酯酶,评价乳杆菌活菌制剂对细菌性阴道病的疗效,从而正确指导临床。方法以2011年1～5月浙江大学医学院附属妇产科医院妇科门诊细菌性阴道病患者258例作为研究对象,对其应用乳杆菌活菌制剂治疗前后的过氧化氢、唾液酸苷酶和白细胞酯酶进行联合检测。结果乳杆菌活菌制剂对细菌性阴道病的治疗具有显著的疗效,过氧化氢、唾液酸苷酶和白细胞酯酶联合检测对疗效的评价比传统常规检测更敏感,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论过氧化氢、唾液酸苷酶和白细胞酯酶联合检测评价乳杆菌活菌制剂在细菌性阴道病治疗中的疗效非常显著,临床具有十分重要的意义。
