摘要
分析影响尿素产品质量的因素 ,提出解决对策。为了减少粉尘含量 ,冬季使用Tuttle喷头 ,夏季使用ZH喷头 ,春秋使用Tuttle喷头为好 ;对百叶窗进行改造 ,解决夏季尿素含水率超标问题 ;采用URESOFT 15 0( 12 5 )
Analyzed the factors influencing the quality of urea products and presented solutions against them For the reduction of the dust content,it was suggested that Tuttle sprayer be used in Winter and ZH sprayer in Spring and Autumn;the louver was modified to solve the problem of over standard water percentage in urea product in Summer;and anti caking agent URESOFT 150( 125)was used to prevent the caking of urea product effectively
