摘要
引入一种新的方法区分两个种族或民族,该方法在准确获知个体基因型以及两个初始群体的平均等位基因频率的基础上,计算出个体在两个初始种族中的基因型概率,得到各个基因位点上关于个体种族情况的似然比,进而利用模糊数学中模糊综合评判的方法对各个位点的信息做出综合判断。
This paper developed a new method to distinguish two admixture populations,which is based on likelihood ratio,fuzzy maths and information theory,to research which phylons the admixture individual belongs to.By computing the information received from a particular gene locus,we calculate a likelihood ratio.Furthermore,we can receive a more precision number to describe the individual's phylons after research more gene locus with the method of fuzzy comprehensive judgment.
