摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜、动态力学分析等方法研究了聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯的抗冲击等力学性能和电性能,并与聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯和聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯进行比较。实验结果表明:聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯比聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯更能满足纯聚合物应用领域的加工和性能要求,它的电性能也满足工程塑料的要求。
The mechanical and electrical properties of polytrimethylene terephthalate (FIT) were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), DMTA and other methods. The analytical results were compared with those of polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The experiments showed that PTT possessed the advantage over PBT and PET in reaching both the processing and property requirements set forward in the application field of the polymer. The electrical property of PTT also met the demand of engineering plastics.
