摘要
通过Molau实验和超速离心实验研究了聚酰胺66与聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐在挤出过程中的反应情况,证实其分子之间以化学键相连接,成为反应性的合金材料。综合力学性能测试表明,材料的拉伸断裂和屈服强度符合工程塑料的要求,干态和湿态下的Izod、Charpy冲击强度得到显著提高,接近国外超韧聚酰胺66工程塑料水平。
The reaction of poly amide - 66 (PA66) and maleic acid grafted polyethylene (PE - g - MA) occurred during extrusion process was studied by Molau test and ultraspeed centrifugal experiment. It was verified that the molecules were linked with chemical bonds in the modified polymer that could be used as reactive alloy material. The comprehensive tests of the mechanical properties showed that both the tensile strength at break and yield strength met the requirements of engineering plastics, and the Izod and Charpy impact strength in dry and wet state was obviously improved.
