摘要
战后日本国有企业的"民营化",应以"私有化"取而代之更为科学。日本国有企业"私有化"与英美等国的"私有化"有着大致相同的背景,但却有不同的特点,不仅有积极效应,更有负面后果。对其进行公正客观的评析,对如何深化中国国有企业改革具有重要启示。中国国有企业深化改革绝不能以新自由主义为指导,把国有企业统统改掉。
It is more scientific to use the terminology of ＂privatization＂ instead of ＂people management＂ with regard to the post - war Japanese state - owned enterprises （SOEs）. The background of the privatization of Ja- pan~ SOEs is similar to that of the other industrialized countries. However, there are also different features Both the positive and the negative consequences have important implications for the reform in Chinese SOEs. It is extremely hazardous to get rid of all SOEs according to the neoliberal doctrine.
