摘要
弹丸在膛内发射过程,要承受高压、高温、高过载的恶劣环境,为了准确测量弹丸在膛内运动过程弹丸底部所受的火药气体的压力,设计了一种小体积内置式的弹底压力测试仪,阐述了其测试原理及实现方法。该测试仪采用存储测试技术、高强度真空灌封工艺及高效缓冲技术,并经过模拟应用环境下的校准考核试验,最终成功获取了某弹丸在发射过程的弹底和膛底的压力数据。该项研究对引信、弹丸及火炮的设计、验收具有重要意义。
In projectile's launching process in the bore,it will bear bad environment of high pressure,high temperature,high overload.In order to accurately measure the pressure of projectile from the gunpowder gas at the bottom of the bore,a small volume of built-in pressure measuring instrument was designed,its measuring principle and realization method were also expounded.The measuring instrument uses storage measuring technology,high strength vacuum potting technology and high efficiency buffer technique,and through the calibration and assessment test under the simulation application environment,successfully acquires pressure data at the bottom of the projectile and chamber of projectile in the process of launching.The study plays an important role in the design of fuze,projectile and checking acceptance of gun.
