摘要
现在许多SMT设备已经能够国产,但使用的伺服系统依然从国外进口。为了改变这种局面,两家国内公司展开合作,推出了第一台应用国产伺服系统的印刷机,取得了该领域的关键性突破,证明国产伺服系统是可以可靠应用在SMT设备上的。
Nowadays many types of SMT equipment can be made in china,but its servo system is still imported from abroad.To change this situation,two companies have cooperated to release the first printer equipped with domestic servo system,which has made a critical breakthrough in this field.It is proved that domestic servo system can be reliably applied in the SMT equipment.
