活性炭的微波制备技术研究

Study on the Preparation of Activated Carbon with Microwave Radiation

摘要 以花生壳和竹子为原料,氯化锌为活化剂,微波辐射制备活性炭,通过单因素试验确定最佳制备条件,并在最优条件下对活性炭分别进行碘吸附、亚甲基蓝吸附、电镜分析和比表面等分析检测。结果表明,竹子活性炭的吸附性能优于花生壳活性炭,其吸附碘值为984.9 mg/g,亚甲基蓝吸附值为150 mg/g,比表面积1 047.0 m2/g,孔体积0.208 cm3/g,孔径2.78 nm。 Activated carbons were investigated by microwave radiation from peanut shell and bamboo,ZnCl2 as activator,and using single factor experiments the optimum preparation conditions were determined.Then iodine and methylene blue was adsorpted respectively in best conditions.Electron microscope analysis and surface area detection were also in it.The result of experiments indicated that when the the surface area was 1 047.0 m2/g,volume of the pore was 0.208 cm3/g,pore size was 2.78 nm,the adsorption performance of activated carbons from bamboo was better than it from peanut shell,iodine number was 984.9 mg/g,amount of methylene blue adsorption was 150 mg/g.
