摘要
城乡二元经济结构是目前我国社会主义新农村建设的突出问题。通过对城乡差异的历史演变和我国现阶段的国情进行研究,分析并总结出了只有以县域为一个空间单位来推进城乡一体化建设,才能够最大程度地实现我国新农村建设的经济效益与社会效益的双丰收。
Nowadays,the urban-rural dual economic structure becomes a prominent problem in the socialist construction of the urban and the rural.The historical evolution of the differences between urban and rural areas as well as the national conditions of China were studied.It finally draws a conclusion that only regarding the county as an unit of space can the construction benefits the most.
