摘要
分别从投资、消费、出口与经济增长运行的关系和资本产出率的角度分析了宁夏宏观投资效率较低的状况。认为,投资、消费和出口之间的比例关系失衡,收入分配差距造成的消费不足以及外部输入促成的过高投资率是造成宁夏宏观投资效率较低的主要原因,提出了改善投资效率的几点对策建议。
The situation of relatively low efficiency of macro investment in Ningxia were analyzed from the aspects of the relationship between investment,consumption,export and economic growth an well as the capital output ratio.It is concluded that non equilibrium of the proportional relationship between investment,consumption and export,insufficient consumption caused by income distribution gap as well as excessive high investment rate brought about by external input were main factors causing the low efficiency of macro investment in Ningxia.Some countermeasures were put forward for improving the investment efficiency.
