倍他乐克联合参松养心胶囊对扩张型心肌病患者T波峰-末间期的影响 被引量：5

摘要 目的观察倍他乐克与参松养心胶囊联用对扩张型心肌病患者T波峰-末间期(Tpe)的影响。方法 94例扩张型心肌病患者随机分为观察组(50例)及对照组(44例),观察组以参松养心胶囊(4粒,每日3次)及倍他乐克(25mg,每日2次)口服,对照组以同等剂量的倍他乐克口服,疗程为8周。治疗前后以常规12导联心电图对Tpe进行检测,并与对照组进行比较。结果与治疗前相比,两组治疗后Tpe间期、Tpe离散度较治疗前均有不同程度的缩短(P<0.05),治疗后观察组Tpe间期,Tpe离散度比对照组下降更明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论倍他乐克与参松养心胶囊联用能缩短扩张型心肌病患者Tpe,改善其预后。
