摘要 近年来,不论是诊断性还是手术性宫腔镜,均出现了许多令人欣喜的革新,使其在子宫内膜疾病诊疗中的应用不断得到拓展。介绍子宫内膜病变的宫腔镜诊断新技术——窄带成像宫腔镜技术,论述子宫内膜疾病的宫腔镜治疗拓展应用,包括子宫内膜癌和子宫内膜不典型增生的宫腔镜下保守性治疗,以及宫腔镜在治疗宫腔粘连性不孕中的应用价值,最后探讨了有关子宫内膜癌细胞腹腔转移的相关循证问题。 In recent years,many exciting innovations have been developed for either diagnostic or operative hysteroscopy,thus expanding application of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial diseases.This paper introduces a new diagnostic endoscopic technique for endometrial diseases-narrow-banding imaging hysteroscopy.It also discusses the therapeutical application of hysteroscopy on endometrial diseases,including the conservative treantment of endometrial cancer and atypical endometrial hyperplasia,and hysteroscopic treatment of infertility resulting from intrauterine adhesions.Finally,related evidence-based issues were discussed about the dissemination of endometrial carcinoma into the peritoneal cavity.
