摘要
对乙酰甲胺磷的合成路线进行了分析比较 ,以甲胺磷原油为起始原料 ,在新型催化剂的作用下 ,经醋酐乙酰化 ,适当的溶剂结晶提纯的方法进行了深入研究 ,摸索出提高产品收率的关键 ,使所得产品含量大于 98% ,总收率可达 78%以上 ,适用于工业化生产。
The different synthetic methods of acephate are compared in this article.The writer has studied a method in which technical methamedophos is used as initial material and acetylized by acetic anhydride under the action of a new type of catalyst and the product is purized by cristallization with a proper solvent ,and found out the key of promoting the yield.The end product′s purity is above 98%,and the general yield is above 78%.
