摘要
《金匮要略.胸痹心痛短气病脉证并治》心痛涉及心胸和胃脘部位,但从原文来看,所论胸痹和心痛都是上焦心胸病证,为上焦阳虚,阴寒上乘,阻痹胸阳所致,症状上胸痹与心痛相关,治疗上中上焦同治示人以法。因而本篇中"心痛"不论在心胸部还是在胃脘上腹部,均当与"胸痹"为一病。
Heart pain discussed in the ninth section of Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber involves cardiothoracic and epigastric region. It is found from tile original text that the chest impediment and heart pain due to yang-deficiency in file upper energizers and blockage of chest yang by upper yin cold belong to the heart disease in the upper energizers： Chest impediment and heart pain are related in symptoms, and the diseases in the upper energizers and the middle energizers are treated simultaneously. Therefore, heart pain discussed in the ninth section, whether in the chest or epigastric region, should be the same as chest impediment.
