摘要
职业教育以就业为导向、以能力为本位,通过技能大赛选拔高水平技能型人才。全国烹饪技能大赛对烹饪课程目标的确定、师资建设、课程评价等方面起到了一定的促进作用。烹饪职业院校必须围绕大赛要求,加强"双师型"师资队伍建设,重视实训基地建设,将技能大赛要求有机渗透到平时的教学中去,真正做到以赛促教。
Vocational education should be employment and competence oriented.Skill competitions across the country help to promote the curriculum setup of culinary courses,the development of the teaching faculty,and the course evaluation system.Vocational colleges of cuisine should take the requirements of skill competitions into consideration,increase the number of dual-qualified teachers and value the establishment of internship bases.
