摘要
创新是时代发展的必然要求,烹饪是中国四大国粹之一,有着几千年的悠久历史和文化传统,同样也需要在创新中求发展,与时俱进,文章一方面分析了中餐创新的原因以及创新过程中的困难,另一方面探索了中餐创新的途径。
Chinese cuisine, as one of the four treasures of China, boasts thousands of years of history and tradition. Its further development is dependent on creation in this era of innovation. This paper analyzes the reasons why Chinese cuisine needs innovation, the difficulties in and the ways of innovation.
