摘要
国有公益性企业是政府职能的延伸,并以整个社会福利的最大化为目标,实现政府的某种功能。我国国有公益性企业在发展中存在许多问题。对其改革的路径主要是从促进国有公益性企业发展与社会进程相适应、加大监督力度以及创造民营企业参与竞争的条件等方面进行探索。
The state-owned commonweal enterprise is the extension of government;it should realize some functions of government and its target is to realize the social welfare.In the state-owned commonweal enterprise of our country;there are some problems such as it isn＇t adapt to the development of society;the lack of supervision and the private enterprise can＇t get into it and so on.The main reform of route exploration is the development of the state-owned commonweal enterprise adapt the development of society,enlarging supervision,and creating conditions for private enterprises to participate in the competition,eet.
