摘要
近年来不断发生的农产品恶性事件使公众对食品安全的关注持续升温,对有机食品的需求日渐旺盛。吉林省是农业大省也是经济欠发达省份,有机农业发展对吉林经济举足轻重。当前,吉林省有机农业发展中存在着重要的体制制约问题。只有尽快完善相关的政策支持体制、科技创新体制、政府监管体制、产业化经营体制以及农产品流通体制,才能使一部分常规农业顺利转型、有机农业快速发展,确保农产品质量与产量同步提高和增加,实现吉林省农业生产与地区经济同步发展。
The vicious incident agricultural products in recent years the public concern on food safety continues to heat up,the demand for organic food is growing strong.Jilin Province is a major agricultural province is also economically underdeveloped provinces,the development of organic agriculture in Jilin Economic pivotal. Currently, there are important institutional constraints problem with the development of organic agriculture in Jilin Province.Only to improve the policy support system,scientific and tech- nological innovation system,government regulators,institutional, industrial management system, as well as agricultural products circu- lation system as soon as possible,in order to make a part of the successful transformation of conventional agriculture,the rapid de- velopment of organic agriculture,to ensure that the quality and production of agricultural products increased simultaneously achieve Jilin Province simultaneous development of agricultural production mid regional economic.
