摘要
改革开放以来,河北省经济开发区发展迅速,在河北省经济建设中起了至关重要的作用。随着河北省经济开发区的不断发展,限制其发展的一些制约因素也逐渐显现出来。本文在总结河北省近年来经济开发区发展成果的基础上,分析了经济开发区进一步发展突显出的制约因素,给出了河北省经济开发区发展转型升级的内在机制和动力因素,最后提出了几点政策建议。
Since reform and opening,the economic development zones in Hebei Province have developed rapidly,and they have played a crucial role in the economic construction in Hebei Province.With the continuous development of the economic development zones in Hebei Province,some constraint factors on restricting the development of them begin to appear.This article firstly summarizes the development achievements of the economic development zones in Hebei Province in recent years,on this basis analyses the emerging constraint factors in the further development of the economic development zones,and then proposes the transition an promotion mechanisms of the development of the economic development zones,finally proposes some policy recommendations.
