摘要
促进科技企业孵化器与创业投资机构合作发展对于区域经济增长,实现科技创新具有重要意义。在孵化器与创投的合作过程中,股权分配的公平性与合理性对合作系统的支持显得尤为重要。本文通过分析孵化器与创投均衡努力情况下的最优股权分配,并提出相应提升策略,从而促使孵化器与创投通过各种协议、契约结合成优势互补、风险共担的合作联盟。
To promote cooperative development of the technology business incubator and venture investment is significant to achieve regional economic growth and technology innovation.In developing cooperative partnerships with venture investment,the allocation of equity is an important part of cooperative system.This paper interprets the optimal allocation of equity on the basis of equilibrium between the business incubator and venture investment,and present relevant on the means and strategies of advancing incremental effect.The Promotion Strategy stimulates the business incubator and venture investment into cooperative alliance of having complementary advantages and sharing risks in stipulation or agreement.
