摘要
目的:观察国产注射用缓释醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:对60例子宫肌瘤患者给予国产注射用缓释醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗,患者在月经周期的第1～第5天间开始接受每4周1次、每次皮下注射药物3.75mg共3次治疗。观察患者在B超下的子宫体体积和子宫肌瘤体积的变化。结果:治疗后患者的子宫体体积缩小46%、子宫肌瘤体积缩小58%,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义。结论:国产注射用缓释醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫肌瘤有效。
Objective： To clinically observe the effect of the domestic injectable sustained-release leuprolide acetate in the treatment of hysteromyoma. Methods： A total of 60 patients with uterine fibroid were treated by domestic injectable sustained-release leuprolide acetate. Patients started the first delivery between the first day and fifth day of the menstrual cycle by the subcutaneous injection of 3.75 mg, once every four weeks, total three courses. The changes of uterine volume and uterine fibroid volume were observed under B-mode ultrasonography. Results： The patients＇ uterine volume reduced 46% and the uterine fibroid volume reduced 58% after treatment. The comparison of difference has statistical significance. Conclusion： Domestic injectable sustained-release leuprolide acetate is effective in the treatment of hysteromyoma.
